Potter's Property Solutions is seeking new subcontractors to complete work orders in Mississippi, Alabama and Louisiana. Experience in property preservation will make you stand out with Guardian, Single Source, Five Brothers or other national preservation companies.

What You'll Do
· Lawn maintenance
· Shrub trimming
· Weed removal
· Evictions
· Board Ups
· Roof tarping
· Minor roof repairs
· Debris Removal
· Painting
· Mold Remediation
· Minor Electrical
· Minor Plumbing
What You'll Need
-able to submit and pass Aspen Grove background check at your own expense of $60
-valid drivers license with auto insurance
-must be able to use Pruvan (or willing to learn)
-must be able to utilize email
-must be able to complete work orders timely
What Will Set A Subcontractor Apart From Other Subcontractors

General knowledge of carpentry work, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems
